Bar 3 Bar-B-Q and Brewing is honored to donate to numerous, non-profit organizations throughout the community each year. Due to high demand we may not be able to fulfill every request. In an effort to best process your request and support as many charities as possible, donation requests should be made in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Requests should be submitted at least four (4) weeks priot to the date the requested donation is needed.
• Each organization is eligible to receive one (1) donated item per year, in an effort to fulfill as many charitable requests as possible.
• Donated items may be auctioned only by the requesting organization; donated items may not be sold outright.
• All proceeds from the donated items must benefit the charitable/non-profit organization.
• If possible, donation requests should include the organization’s 501 (c)(3) number and/or documentation that provides information about the organization/event.
